Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and handling ingredients when needed Support catering events or banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with cleanup efforts Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for food service operations Uphold cleanliness standards by regularly cleaning work areas, floors, sinks, and storage spaces Experience Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or food service environment is preferred but not required—training will be provided Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices is advantageous Experience with bussing tables or assisting in food preparation can be beneficial Prior kitchen or culinary experience helps in understanding the flow of restaurant operations but is not mandatory A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success This role offers a lively work atmosphere where your efforts directly contribute to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
