WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A DISHWASHER
Set up, operate, and break down dish machine; monitor water temperature and chemical levels throughout the shift Run all dishware, utensils, and smallwares through the machine; hand-wash pots, pans, and large storage containers Carry and store dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils in their proper places Clean ovens, exhaust hoods, fryers, and other kitchen equipment Pull, clean, and stack floor mats; sweep, scrub, and mop all kitchen floors Remove trash from the dish room and kitchen areas; clean and re-line garbage cans
