Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and menu specifications Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance Support food handling procedures by following proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices Assist with dishwashing duties to ensure timely turnover of clean cookware and utensils for ongoing service Follow all safety protocols and food industry regulations to promote a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to support catering events or special menu offerings as needed Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices Strong knife skills and familiarity with basic cooking techniques Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience with menu planning or dietary department experience is a plus but not mandatory Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
