Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by performing regular cleaning tasks. Assist in bussing tables, clearing away used dishes, and resetting tables for new guests. Help with food handling tasks as directed by kitchen staff, ensuring all health and safety standards are met. Support banquet and catering events by preparing necessary items and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service periods. Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
