Washing up, cleaning, and clearing all kitchen areas Emptying bins, sweeping, and mopping floors Use of cleaning products in a safe manner To follow cleaning procedures, including the use of equipment Ensure the hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of the kitchen and food counters achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards Follow all Health and Safety requirements for the Kitchen, including food storage and manual handling Disposing of any waste following the guidelines given Restock the cupboards and fridges when the stock arrives Supports the Chefs with the running of the Kitchen

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile! Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots. Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience. Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen. What you'll need: Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean. Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures. Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
