Overall Description This is a seasonal position that is open September - December. We are looking for a dishwasher who is able to maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and sustain a food-safe environment. Responsibilities Cleans and sanitizes various dishes such as baking pans, pots, bowls, trays, and small ware, manually and using a dishwashing machine. Puts away clean and dry dishes. Maintains cleanliness of the dish washing station on the day-to-day basis and ensures that the dish machine is clean and the water is changed regularly. Strictly adheres to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices, to guarantee a clean and safe work environment. Empties kitchen trash cans as needed and maintains and ensure outdoor trash area is kept clean and presentable. Requirement Strong sense of urgency. Strong communication skills.
