Job Description
Responsibilities Maintain order and cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and storeroom Put away deliveries, label and date products, and break down boxes Stock and monitor towels and soap dispensers throughout the shift Clean and return all kitchen equipment and serving ware in a timely manner Set up and maintain a 3-compartment sink and dish machine Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high-traffic areas Monitor and empty trash cans Adhere to the facility's health and safety policies and procedures Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform Physical Requirements Capable of prolonged standing and walking continuously, pushing dish racks, frequent stooping, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
