Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Cook. This vital role combines the responsibilities of providing excellent customer service with maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will support food service operations by assisting with food preparation and ensuring all dishware and kitchen areas are clean. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Duties Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or plating dishes under supervision Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, serving guests, and clearing after events Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently using proper cleaning techniques Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dishwashing areas, and storage spaces to meet health and safety standards Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures at all times Support the overall food service operation by assisting servers with serving food and beverages when needed Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or dish racks Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food safety practices Experience with bussing tables or supporting catering events is a plus Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization in fast-paced environments Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward guest service and colleagues Prior kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
