Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment. Assist with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to ensure a tidy dining area. Help with food handling and preparation as needed to support the culinary team. Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Ensure that all dishwashing supplies are stocked and organized for efficient operation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a positive working environment. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
