Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and energetic Dishwasher to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for service. Your efforts will help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment where food preparation, catering, and hospitality flow seamlessly. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about supporting a busy team, has a keen eye for cleanliness, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly to meet health standards. Assist with food prep tasks such as peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients when needed. Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Help maintain cleanliness in all food service areas, including dining spaces and kitchen stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnover of dishes during busy service hours. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene standards. Assist with light cleaning duties around the restaurant or hotel to support overall sanitation efforts. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is a plus but not required. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues. Willingness to learn about culinary operations, including basic food prep and catering support. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed.
