Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist in bussing tables by clearing away dishes and resetting tables for new guests. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns as required for special events. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of bussing techniques and table service protocols. Familiarity with food preparation methods and culinary practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong cleaning skills with an understanding of sanitation standards. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
