Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of kitchen exhaust hoods, ducts, fans, filters, and related components using specialized tools and cleaning agents Inspect exhaust systems for signs of damage, blockages, or buildup that could compromise safety or efficiency Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment during all cleaning procedures Document all cleaning activities accurately in logs and reports for compliance purposes Coordinate with restaurant staff or management to schedule cleaning sessions that minimize disruption to operations Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any repairs needed promptly Adhere to local fire codes, health regulations, and environmental standards throughout all tasks Experience Prior experience in commercial cleaning, maintenance, or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting heavy equipment or debris Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients as needed Join us in creating safer kitchens through meticulous cleaning and inspection!
