Dishwasher

Burke Mountain is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to support our food & beverage operations. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting our culinary team during service.

What You'll Do:

Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or using dishwashing equipment throughout service Clean pots, pans, trays, and kitchen utensils Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, stairwells, worktables, refrigerators, and prep areas Assist with trash, recycling, and compost removal at the end of service Clean and sanitize garbage cans and waste areas Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods Transport dishes, supplies, and equipment between kitchen and service areas Support team with maintaining walkways and service areas at Tamarack Lodge Assist with additional tasks as needed to support kitchen operations

What We're Looking For:

Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow simple instructions and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment Teamoriented with a strong work ethic Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Comfortable working in a physically active role

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds Bending, stooping, and reaching throughout shifts

Work Environment:

This role is based in a busy kitchen setting with exposure to heat, water, cleaning chemicals, and fast-paced service conditions.
