Job Description

About Us Doma is a cozy, vinyl-forward neighborhood bar where the sound matters as much as the pour. We serve classic cocktails, simple bar snacks inspired by European & North American bar culture, and good vibes, with rotating DJs spinning records that set the tone. We're building a team that values curiosity, enjoyment, and care—behind the bar and in the community. About the role You'll open the kitchen, keep it running, and close it down before the night is over. It's a smaller, focused role—you're not cooking elaborate meals, but you are the reason everything coming out of the kitchen looks good and tastes even better. You'll work independently for most of your shift, so we need someone who's self-directed and takes real pride in the details. Key responsibilities Open the kitchen and prep ingredients and components for the snack menu Follow recipes precisely to maintain consistency and uphold culinary standards Plate and serve bar snacks with care for presentation Wash dishes and keep the kitchen organized throughout your shift Assist with bar prep and closing as needed Close the kitchen according to closing SOP Maintain cleanliness by adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures and proper dishwashing techniques Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness What we're looking for Available 5 days/week, Tuesday through Saturday 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
