Job Description
Job Summary Arlington Health and Rehabilitation is a family owned and operated skilled nursing facility and we are looking for a Part-time Dietary Aide to add to our dietary department. We would prefer someone with experience in a long-term care/healthcare setting but not required. Must be comfortable interacting with resident as were Restaurant Style dining .May also be doing dishes ,helping with dishes and general cleaning duties , This is a part time position May work 1 P.M- 7:30 P.M And Some Mornings Please reply to this email with a resume if you are interested in the Dietary Aide position or you can come to the facility and fill out an application at 620 South Hazel Street Arlington, WA 98223 or call at (360) 403-8247. Responsibilities and Duties Assist with food preparation, serving, and clean up / Dishes . We offer restaurant style dining as well as planned nutritionally balanced meals 3 times each day. Our kitchen crew is always working to insure availability of all offerings. Qualifications and Skills •A Qualified Dietary Aide candidate will possess the following skills: Have a passion to work with the elderly Effective listening skills Clear and concise communication Ability to work independently or as a team player Ability to multi-task Great attendance Food service experience is a plus Experience as a Dietary Aide a plus Must be able to work 1:00 P.M- 7:30 P.M A Dietary Aide applicant must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, read and write English, and have excellent customer service skills.
