What You'll Do As a Dishwasher at Bamboo Sushi, you'll play a critical role in the success of the restaurant. You'll help maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen while supporting both BOH and FOH teams throughout service.

Responsibilities include:

Preferred:

1+ year of experience in a high-volume food service kitchen (No prior sushi experience required—we're happy to train the right candidate.)
