A dishwasher/busser plays the critical role of our restaurant by keeping the workplace clean, tidy and safe. If you are serious about sanitizing and cleaning, and have worked in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are capable of clear and professional communications, we'd like to invite you to the team! Duties Efficiently and thoroughly pre-wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for commercial dishwashing machine. Wash dishes with commercial dishwasher. Carefully handle all dishes and equipment. Manage drying racks cleanly and promptly. Buss tables cleanly and efficiently with being considerate to existing dining-in customers. Reset tables for incoming guests, maintaining a tidy dining area. Restock cleaned dishes, glassware, tableware and other equipment with attention to details. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations by following sanitation standards. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure the restaurant safety. Clean the back of the house during and after shifts. Clean the restaurant's restroom in accordance in-house policy and dump trash in accordance with the property's trash regulations. Maintain proper hygiene at all times for professional appearance and food contamination prevention. Execute strong teamwork and perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays. Must be available for Saturday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM shift. Must be punctual. Must be authorized to work legally in the U.S. Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with bussing, cleaning, or basic food preparation is preferred. Must be able to obtain the WA Food Worker Card. Wage $17.50-$23.00/hours Shift Hours Lunch 12:00 PM-2:45 PM Dinner 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
