Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchenware, dishes, and cooking equipment. Your dedication to food safety and hygiene will help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Must be available Tuesday through Saturday from 3:30-8:30. must have reliable transportation. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational kitchen skills while supporting the overall success of our restaurant operations. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly. Handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy buckets, trays, and boxes in accordance with safety standards Follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety management standards. Support food preparation activities when needed by organizing supplies and assisting with basic prep tasks under supervision. Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation procedures is a plus. Familiarity with kitchen health and safety standards helps ensure a safe working environment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during busy shifts. Basic knife skills or familiarity with operating kitchen equipment can be advantageous but are not mandatory.
