About us:

We are a quick-service neighborhood café, scratch bakery, and coffee shop in Poulsbo. We pride ourselves on our intentional menus with with local sourcing, providing an inviting space for the community, and working with our fellow team members to build and maintain a positive work environment. We are looking for hard workers with the ability to work quickly, efficiently, and show pride and attention to detail in every interaction. We provide a unique opportunity to work alongside the owner and a small staff as you experience all aspects of restaurant service and offer real input into menu decisions.

COMPENSATION

Base pay is evaluated at regular intervals. There is room for growth for those that show drive and ambition!

WORKWEEK

we are open Tuesday-Sunday (closed Mondays) Weekday dishwasher shifts can start as early as 9am Closing shifts end around 5-5:30 pm Saturday shifts are 8-4/5 pm Sunday shifts are 9-4 pm

REQUIRMENTS

Must have weekend availability Have the ability to stay self-motivated & utilize down-time effectively. Acquire a food handler's permit within one week of hire date. Must be reliable and dependable Have stamina & endurance with ability to lift 50 lbs
