With a focus on food safety and sanitation, your role will be crucial in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Join us in creating a clean and efficient workspace to support our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand and with the dishwashing machine.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly manner.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Sweep or scrub floors.
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, pantry areas, refrigerators, or storeroom.
- Clean garbage cans with water or steam. Requirements
- Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well on a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Must have an up-to-date food handler permit.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs and occassionally up to 50 lbs. Hours
- Wednesday, 2:00 PM
- 10:00 PM, Thursday-Saturday, 4:00 PM
- 10:00
