Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep professional, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this lively and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and support the culinary team in delivering high-quality meals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, kitchen operations, and hospitality. Must have reliable transportation and be available for work Wed-Sun from 3-11pm. Tips included and brings hourly average up to $21 per hour! Free shift meal included as well. Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff. Maintain a clean work area by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, and storage areas to ensure health and safety compliance. Handle food items safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen flow. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, catering, or culinary environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Knowledge of basic food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items or moving supplies. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy service hours. Familiarity with food preparation experience is a plus. A genuine interest in hospitality, culinary arts, or food service industries.
