Duties Clear and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to keep service flowing smoothly Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or organizing ingredients when needed Support bussing responsibilities by clearing tables promptly and resetting them for new guests Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tables and floor Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation protocols Experience in bussing, food preparation, or restaurant environments preferred, but not required.
