Duties Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines or by hand when necessary. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking. Help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by bussing tables and clearing away used dishes. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus, as well as an understanding of culinary practices. A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for cleanliness and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
