Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for service. Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event setup. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dining areas, and service areas through regular cleaning routines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations efficiently and effectively. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and cleaning protocols is highly desirable. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably.
