In this role, you will: Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, soda fountain, stainess steel surfaces, etc. Sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled Follow the Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and mandatory instructions Take out the trash and break down cardboard, cleaning garbage receptacles when necessary Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed
