Compensation:

$15 - $18 per hour, based on experience Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Dishwasher to support our kitchen team in a bilingual kitchen (Spanish and English.) This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment for catered events ranging from 20 to 350 guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, stays focused in a fast-paced setting, and contributes positively to the team. Opportunity for growth to a prep or line cook if desired. Key Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general kitchen upkeep including mopping and wiping surfaces Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Complete larger cleaning projects as assigned Qualifications Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently Key Attributes Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure Work Environment Fast-paced kitchen supporting high-volume catered events Evening and weekend work required, including consistent Saturday availability Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting, and working in a wet environment If you're a reliable team player who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, we encourage you to apply.
