Job Description

Purpose of Position:
Responsible for washing and storing dishes and helping with general food prep.
Essential Functions:
Must work quickly and thoroughly to keep the dish pit clear. Make sure all dishes are clean and put away properly. Help with food prep when time permits. Must be properly dressed in uniform and well-groomed. Other duties assigned by your Executive Chef.
Mandatory Job Requirements:
Read, write and speak English recommended. Neat, well-groomed appearance. Must have flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends. Good communication skills. Pleasant personality and people skills.
