Duties Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning techniques. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and assisting with basic kitchen duties. Ensure all food handling and sanitation standards are strictly followed to uphold health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for cooking and serving. Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or containers. Excellent attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the shift. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers. Flexibility to work during busy hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Basic understanding of kitchen safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
