Job Description
Gillmann Services is now hiring dishwashers! Part-time and full-time options, morning and evening shifts available. •This position is seasonal•Responsibilities Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods to meet health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup Support catering and banquet events by providing timely cleaning and replenishment of serving ware Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods Adhere to safety protocols related to chemical use and equipment operation Keep work areas organized and report any maintenance issues promptly Other duties as required Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred Familiarity with dishwashing equipment, cleaning supplies, and sanitation standards Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
