Support the catering and banquet teams by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup or cleanup as required. Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling, cleaning procedures, and sanitation standards. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen area to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for food service operations. Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation protocols. Experience in bussing tables or supporting food service operations is a plus. Familiarity with food preparation, cooking, or catering environments enhances your effectiveness in this role. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff. Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in commercial kitchens. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
