Join us in the journey of creating moments worth remembering and sharing. What You'll Do Provide attentive, friendly service to pool and restaurant guests while supporting servers, bartenders, and the overall service team. Complete opening duties by setting up cabanas, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and guest seating areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Greet guests warmly, provide prompt water and towel service, and remain attentive to guest needs throughout their visit. Clear, clean, and reset tables and guest areas efficiently, maintaining proper tableware, utensils, and service setups at all times. Assist with food and beverage delivery, course transitions, table maintenance, and service support during busy periods and large parties. Accurately enter and manage guest orders using the POS system and charge orders correctly to guest rooms when applicable. Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, dining areas, cabanas, tables, chairs, floors, and other high-traffic areas through regular cleaning, trash removal, and towel collection. Prepare, organize, and restock service supplies, including tableware, ice bins, towels, and other guest-service items. Communicate guest requests, table status, and service needs clearly with servers, bartenders, hosts, and other team members to ensure efficient service flow. Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues or communicating them to the appropriate team member. Support team members with table clearing, guest service, seating, and general restaurant and pool operations as needed. Thank guests as they depart and maintain a professional, welcoming presence throughout the guest experience. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Friendly, positive personality with a genuine desire to serve guests and work as part of a team Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and safely lift trays weighing 20-25 pounds Professional, well-groomed appearance in accordance with TGA standards Commitment to following safety and cleanliness procedures Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays The Global Ambassador is an Equal Opportunity & E- Verify Employer.
