We're looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our Range Office team and help create a fun and positive atmosphere for customers. Position Overview As a Range Office Attendant, you'll be the face of Carlsbad Golf Center and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position involves assisting guests, operating the point-of-sale system, selling range buckets, beverages, and snacks, while helping keep the facility clean, organized, and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service Sell range buckets, range cards, beverages, snacks, beer, and merchandise Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently Help customers with questions, memberships, range cards, and general facility information Ensure customers are having a positive experience and assist with resolving issues when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the range office, hitting areas, patio, and customer areas Restock beverages, snacks, and supplies throughout shifts Monitor and maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies Assist with opening and closing procedures Follow all alcohol sales and ID-checking procedures in accordance with California regulations Work closely with maintenance and management teams to keep operations running smoothly Assist with additional team tasks and facility needs as assigned

BONUS:

Willing to cross train to work maintenance drive the kubota and pick balls on the range as well Qualifications Previous customer service, retail, food service, or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and team-player mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable handling transactions and operating a POS system Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be willing to obtain a smart serve certification in order to sell alcohol (doesn't take long) Work Environment Fast-paced and customer-focused environment Indoor and outdoor work throughout the facility Flexible scheduling available; morning, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts may be assigned Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift Why Join Us?
