If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, like being around the game of golf, and take pride in providing great customer service, we'd love to meet you. Position Summary As a Golf Shop Attendant, you'll be one of the first people our golfers interact with. You'll help create a welcoming experience by assisting with daily golf operations, checking in players, handling transactions, and keeping the Golf Shop organized and ready for business. Responsibilities Welcome golfers and guests with a friendly, professional attitude Check golfers in and process tee times through our point-of-sale system Answer phone calls and assist with tee time reservations Process cash and credit card transactions accurately Sell merchandise, golf equipment, and gift cards Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked Golf Shop Assist with tournament registration and event operations Coordinate with outside services and cart staff to keep daily operations running smoothly Provide golfers with course information and pace-of-play updates Assist with opening and closing procedures Support other areas of the operation as needed Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and cash-handling experience Golf knowledge preferred, but not required Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Previous customer service, hospitality, golf, or retail experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Employee golf privileges Merchandise and food & beverage discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement within Lemoore Golf Course and Sierra Golf Management A fun, team-oriented work environment Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in the details, shows up ready to work, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
