Responsibilities Monitor the play area to ensure guest safety and enforce facility rules effectively and politely. Assist children and families with activities, providing friendly guidance and support to enhance their experience. Manage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and promote a positive atmosphere for all visitors. Handle cash transactions accurately for entry fees, food sales, or merchandise purchases. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play zone, including equipment inspection and sanitization. Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations and address any safety concerns or incidents swiftly. Experience Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles is highly desirable. Background in events management or activity coordination will be an advantage. Preferred experience working with children in recreational or educational settings is beneficial. Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Public speaking skills that help you confidently engage with guests and lead group activities.
