Full Job Description Overview:
Love sunshine, good vibes, and making people feel like they're on vacation (even if they already are)? We're looking for a Pool Attendant who can keep things spotless, safe, and just the right amount of fun. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero of the pool deck—part host, part lifeguard-adjacent (minus the whistle), part towel wizard.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout their poolside experience Set up and maintain lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, and cabanas Ensure pool areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health standards Monitor guest activity to promote a safe and relaxing environment Refresh towels and amenities promptly Assist with food and beverage service as needed in coordination with the restaurant team Respond to guest requests with urgency and professionalism Enforce pool rules and hotel policies in a respectful and tactful manner Support opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the pool deck

Qualifications:
Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods Basic knowledge of pool safety standards is a plus
