POSITION SUMMARY
Broken Tee golf course is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team! The Outside Services Attendant plays a key role in creating a positive, memorable, and enjoyable experience for our golfers. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Primary responsibilities include maintaining cart cleanliness, staging and storing carts, supporting driving range operations, and assisting with overall course flow. This role also helps support pace of play to ensure an enjoyable experience for all golfers. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and are friendly, dependable, and enjoy working outdoors. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Stage golf carts in the proper area ensuring cleanliness, Broken Tee pencil, and full sand bottles Follow procedures for proper opening and closing of the cart and range operations. Clean, wash, detail, and rotate golf carts daily Keep cart barn, clubhouse, and surrounding areas outside clean and clear of trash/debris Daily set up and breakdown of the driving range and practice facilities Clear the driving range of practice balls using the range picker for cleaning and reuse Monitor pace of play throughout the course and proactively notify golfers who fall behind schedule Coordinate with all members of the golf staff for daily operations Keep work areas neat, orderly, and professional-looking Fill bottles on the carts with correct divot mix Bring any valuable items (watches, sunglasses, keys, phones, wallets, etc.) left in carts to the pro shop Discard of trash in the appropriate trashcans of aluminum cans, plastics, and trash Monitor inventory levels of outside operational supplies & notify management when low Promote goodwill and a positive work environment Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to clearly communicate guests' needs to other team members Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. A positive attitude while on the job is also essential Perform other duties as required. The listed examples of work are not intended to be all-inclusive. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Possess the ability to drive a gas and/or battery-operated golf cart, following safety guidelines. Ability to lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand 6-8 hours Must be able to withstand a range of outside weather conditions (heat/cold, rain/snow, etc.) Must be able to withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous work experience in the golf industry preferred Personable, approachable, and socially engaging High degree of professionalism and commitment to excellence and high standards Detail-oriented and able to prioritize workload, managing multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work a combination of weekends and weekdays Ability to be a self-starter whereby little supervision is required to accomplish tasks Ability to integrate quickly with a team to accomplish operational goals Ability to safely drive automobiles
PAY RANGE
$15.46 - $23.20/Hourly Pay Rate This is a part-time position.
