Job Description
The Anthem - Usher Ushers are the welcoming faces of The Anthem and are focused on customer service and patron experience. Duties can rotate from event to event and may include: Greeting, providing directions to guests and keeping outside lines organized while guests wait to enter the venue in all weather conditions. Working with our security team to perform ID verifications and other tasks assigned (staff must be 21 years or older to perform this task). Scanning tickets and assisting patrons with ticketing issues. Directing guests to their ticketed sections and to other areas of the venue. Securing and returning guest belongings in our coat check locations. Ensuring guest experiences continue to be safe and enjoyable through the duration of the event and assisting with concerns as needed. Positions are part time, hourly and event-based. All staff must be available to meet monthly shift minimums, work evenings and weekends and be able to work to the end of the event.
