  • Ensure the safety and enjoyment of pool guests by monitoring activities and enforcing pool rules
  • Provide excellent customer service to all pool guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including restrooms and surrounding areas
  • Set up and take down pool furniture, umbrellas, and other equipment as needed
  • Assist with pool maintenance tasks, such as checking chemical levels and cleaning filters
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about pool activities and programs ```Experience```
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Lifeguard certification is a plus
  • Experience working with children is desirable
  • Cash handling experience is beneficial
  • Knowledge of theater or events management is a bonus
Skills:
  • Conflict management: Ability to handle difficult situations with guests and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
  • Public speaking: Comfortable speaking in front of groups to provide information or instructions
  • Cash handling: Proficient in handling cash transactions accurately and securely
  • Events management: Ability to assist with planning and organizing pool events or activities
  • Lifeguard:
    Knowledge of water safety procedures and ability to respond to emergencies if necessary
  • Theater:
    Familiarity with theater operations, such as stage setup or lighting control, for potential events or performances at the pool area
  • Guest services: Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all pool guests
  • Experience with children: Ability to interact with children in a friendly and engaging manner, ensuring their safety and enjoyment at the pool
  • Customer service: Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional customer service to all pool guests
Hospitality:
