As a Bell Attendant at our Welcome Center, you'll be the first friendly face guests meet as they arrive for their Emerald Coast getaway. Whether you're loading luggage, sharing insider tips, or helping families start their vacation stress-free, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences from the very first hello. If you love being outdoors, staying active, meeting people from around the world, and working in one of Florida's most beautiful resort destinations, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with genuine Southern hospitality and an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
  • Escort guests to accommodations while highlighting resort amenities, dining, golf, beaches, marina, shopping, and activities.
  • Answer questions and provide recommendations to help guests make the most of their stay.
  • Coordinate luggage storage and delivery with efficiency and care.
  • Assist with transportation requests and communicate with resort shuttle services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Welcome Center entrance.
  • Work closely with Front Desk, Valet, Security, and Transportation teams to create seamless guest experiences.
  • Anticipate guest needs before they even ask.
  • Create memorable moments through exceptional service and positive interactions. What Makes You Great
