Overview Join our vibrant team as a Golf Attendant and be the welcoming face of our premier golf course! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through their golf experience Assist with the organization and management of golf events, tournaments, and special outings to ensure smooth operations Maintain the cleanliness and organization of golf carts, equipment, and common areas to uphold high standards of hospitality Support safety procedures by monitoring guest behavior, enforcing rules, and responding promptly to any conflicts or emergencies Provide information about course conditions, amenities, and upcoming events to enhance guest satisfaction Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding guest services that reflect our resort's welcoming atmosphere Skills Strong background in customer service and guest relations with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in event management or coordinating group activities in a golf course setting Ability to handle conflict management professionally and calmly under pressure Working with children skills to engage younger guests during family events or activities Public speaking abilities to confidently communicate with guests and lead group instructions or announcements Knowledge of hospitality standards within a golf course environment environment to deliver exceptional guest experiences This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about sports, hospitality, and creating joyful experiences.
