Job Description
The Pool Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, clean, and enjoyable poolside experience for resort guests. This role maintains the cleanliness and organization of pool and beach areas, assists guests with seating and amenities, and ensures compliance with resort policies and safety standards. The Pool Attendant provides exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs, distributing towels, setting up lounge chairs and umbrellas, and responding promptly to requests. As a key member of the resort operations team, the Pool Attendant helps deliver a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable beachfront resort experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. We are looking to add Pool Attendants to our team.
