Part Time Location:
Palm Coast, FL 32137 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Marina Dock Attendant to join our team in Palm Coast, FL. The ideal candidate will assist boaters with docking and undocking, maintain the cleanliness and safety of the marina, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities Assist boaters with docking and undocking vessels safely and efficiently. Monitor marina docks and facilities to ensure safety and security. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of docks, walkways, and common areas. Provide information and assistance to marina guests regarding services, rules, and local attractions. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Operate marina equipment such as golf carts, as needed. Maintain accurate records of dock usage and assist with billing or reservations when required. Follow all marina policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in marina operations, boating, or customer service is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Knowledge of boating safety and local waterways is desirable. Work Environment This position requires working primarily outdoors on docks and marina grounds.
