In this dynamic role, you will serve as the friendly face of the golf shop, providing exceptional customer service, managing retail transactions, and supporting various event and hospitality activities. Your energy and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while ensuring smooth operations across all shop functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for hospitality, sports, and community engagement in a lively club environment. Duties Greets guests and collects appropriate fees and has complete knowledge of POS system. Professionally answers all telephone calls. Acquires product knowledge in order to assist customers in merchandise sales. Assists with re-stocking of golf shop on a daily basis. Keeps golf shop neat, organized and clean. Assists with retail inventory. Assists with golf outings and tournaments. Assists guests with starting times. Attends required staff meetings. Communicates with professional staff on daily operations. Assists with opening and closing duties deemed necessary by professional staff. Wears issued uniform and name-tag at all times. Skills Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude that makes every guest feel valued. Strong communication abilities for effective public speaking and guest interactions. Experience in events management to coordinate tournaments, outings, or special occasions smoothly. Conflict management skills to resolve issues swiftly while maintaining professionalism and guest satisfaction. Cash handling expertise with accuracy in processing transactions and balancing registers. A proactive team player who thrives in a lively club atmosphere and enjoys multitasking across diverse responsibilities.
