The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services by maintaining cleanliness and organization of carts and related equipment.
- Greet all club members and guests upon their arrival.
- Be attentive to their needs and offer to set their clubs up on a golf cart and assist with loading.
- Ensure that their golf clubs are clean and ready for use.
- Direct club members and guests to the Golf Shop so they can properly check in prior to using the club facilities.
- Track all arrivals with a daily tee sheet provided by the golf shop.
- Ensure that there are always clean golf carts staged for use and that all golf carts are cleaned and restocked following each use.
- Ensure carts are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure that the driving range and member practice facility is in proper order and staged for use.
- Assist with proper care and maintenance of the club parking lot, walkways, trash cans, ashtrays, bag drop, greeting station, cart building, carts and resources needed to complete your duties.
