Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Golf Cart Attendant at Wolf Creek Golf Club, you are often the first and last point of contact for our guests. This role is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing clear communication between golfers and clubhouse staff and ensuring carts are available and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet golfers and assist with loading/unloading bags Stage clean and fully charged carts for guest use Clean, sanitize, and return carts after each round Monitor cart rotation and battery charging schedule Maintain cart area cleanliness and organization Communicate with the clubhouse team regarding cart availability May be tasked with driving the ball picker on the driving range Provide helpful, courteous service at all times Follow all safety procedures and course policies Adhere to proper dress code and maintain professional conduct at all times Support overall guest experience with a professional and welcoming attitude
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license required Ability to work weekends, holidays, and outdoors in varying conditions Strong customer service and communication skills Must be able to work on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather Team player with a friendly, service-minded approach Must be at least 16 years old Golf knowledge is a plus but not required
