Overview:

Starting wage of $25.02 ( All new hires shall receive ninety percent (90%) of the applicable wage rate, but not less than the applicable minimum wage, during the first ninety (90) calendar days of employment)

What We're Looking For:
A friendly and energetic attitude. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions . Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. No experience needed—we'll train the right person ! Must have a valid Hawaii Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

What You'll Do:
Set up and maintain beach and pool areas for guests and owners Provide towels, lounge chairs, and assist with guest and owner requests. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Monitor pool and beach areas, reporting any safety concerns. Work outside in a beautiful tropical setting every day! Come join our team and enjoy your office at the beach!
Qualifications:
Current Hawaii Driver's License and acceptable driving record required Valid CPR and First Aid certification required but can be provided Previous Recreational or Hospitality industry experience helpful Must possess strong verbal skills, attending to guests in a friendly, courteous, and diplomatic manner Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to organize work tasks efficiently Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team Must work with minimal supervision Schedule could start as early as 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am CoralTree Residence Collection is an equal opportunity employer.
