Job Description

Pay rate: $16.0750 - $17.6182 per hour Part-time availability:
Summer and Fall Nature of Work:
The responsibility of this 40 (or less) hours per week position is to greet the public, collect fees paid for facility usage and merchandise. Attendants are required to work up to five days per week, including weekends / holidays. Supervised by the operations supervisor.
Examples of Work:
Provides outstanding customer service to the public. Assist with special events. Involves collection of camping, boating, & equestrian fees. Sales of recreational merchandise. Maintain the facilities in a clean and orderly fashion. Additional duties as assigned. Desirable knowledge, abilities, and skills: Ability to quickly learn computerized point-of sale system. Ability to uphold departmental policy and procedures in a firm, consistent manner. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees. Knowledge of camping, fishing, boating equipment and activities. Requirements Must be willing to work all or some of the following: early morning, evenings, weekends/holidays. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be punctual for all work shifts. Must be professional in appearance. Weekend work required.
