Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are looking for fun, energetic, people who are not afraid to be outside and have a bunch of fun with a part-time job! Circle City Balloon Team is a hot air balloon ride provider in Carmel, Indiana, delivering excellent adventures and guest experiences with peaceful and exciting hot air balloon rides throughout Indianapolis!JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle hot air balloon equipment, helping with setup and assembly
- Assist the pilot with flight preparation
- Make sure the guests receive the best customer service
- Follow the balloon as ground crew, driving an SUV with trailer during flight
- Help the hot air balloon land and help pack up the equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Good physical condition
- Reliable transportation to work
- Clean driving record and ability to be insured by our carrier
- Ideal candidate has experience driving a small (5x10) trailer, however we can teach if needed.
- Good personal hygiene
- Ability to work well with a team and smiling, positive attitude to show guests a fun experience PAY $45 per shift (Approximately 3 hours) + tips with the ability to earn more depending upon experience and responsibilities.
