JOB SUMMARY
The Student Recreation Center at Vincennes University is seeking applicants for their everyday staff positions. Positions to be filled are student part-time hourly and work-study positions. Shifts will be a variety of morning, afternoon, evening and weekends.
REPORTING
This position will report directly to the Shift Leader
GENERAL HOURS
Student Employee - 20 hours/week Part-time Employee - 28 hours/week
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Clean and Disinfect all equipment Work at a variety of different locations in the Recreation Center or P.E. Complex Set-up or tear down for events in a timely manner Enforce all Recreation Center rules, policies and regulations Inspect the Recreation Center and report unsafe conditions/equipment to the Shift Leader Become familiar with all equipment in the facilities Refrain from socializing while on the clock Attend and participate in all meetings/training Answer any questions from patrons
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED - required
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
First Aid, BBP (Bloodborne Pathogens), CPR and AED certification - preferred, but not required
