Golf Shop Attendant (Merchandising Focus) Big Spring Country Club We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Golf Shop Attendant to join our team at a distinguished, member-focused country club. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for golf retail, a keen eye for visual presentation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a traditional club environment. Position Summary The Golf Shop Attendant plays a key role in creating an inviting and refined retail experience for members and their guests. This position places a strong emphasis on merchandising, product display, and maintaining the aesthetic standards expected in a premier private club setting. Key Responsibilities Execute and maintain attractive, seasonally appropriate merchandise displays that reflect the club's traditional style and brand standards Organize and restock merchandise with attention to detail, ensuring a clean, well-presented shop at all times Assist in inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and tracking merchandise Provide knowledgeable and courteous service to members and guests, including product recommendations and sales support Maintain visual consistency across all shop areas, including apparel, accessories, and hard goods Support special events, tournaments, and trunk shows with creative merchandising and setup Uphold the club's standards of professionalism, appearance, and member engagement Qualifications Previous retail or golf shop experience preferred Strong interest in visual merchandising, styling, and product presentation Knowledge of golf brands, apparel, and equipment is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, service-driven environment Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a traditional country club atmosphere Availability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak golf season What We Offer Opportunity to work in a prestigious and welcoming club environment Exposure to premium golf and lifestyle brands Supportive team culture with a focus on excellence Competitive hourly wage based on experience If you take pride in presentation, enjoy working in a refined retail setting, and appreciate the traditions of the game, we encourage you to apply.
